Returns Policy

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is missing from the order
  • The product received is expired or defective

To be eligible for a replacement or support request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under approved circumstances, such as:

  • Order cancellation before dispatch
  • Failed or duplicate payment transactions
  • Non-delivery of prepaid orders
  • Approved damaged or defective product claims

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in cases including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality
  • Incorrect address or delivery details provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through email or phone.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.
